As a premier desert camp in the Sam Sand Dunes, our operational capacity depends highly on pre-booked slots. Therefore, cancellations affect us significantly. Our refund and cancellation rules are structured as follows:

1. Standard Cancellation Timeline

If you wish to cancel or modify your reservation, the following fee structures apply based on when notice is given:

• Cancellation 30 days or more prior to arrival: 90% refund of the total booking amount (a 10% administrative/banking handling charge is deducted).
• Cancellation between 15 to 29 days prior to arrival: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
• Cancellation less than 15 days prior to arrival: No refund will be issued.

2. Peak Season Policy (Blackout Dates)

• For bookings scheduled during premium peak periods—including Diwali, Christmas Week, New Year’s Week (Dec 23 to Jan 5), and the Jaisalmer Desert Festival—all payments are strictly Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable upon confirmation.

3. No-Shows & Early Check-outs

• If you fail to arrive at the camp on your scheduled date without prior notice (“No-Show”), the reservation will be marked as released and no refund or modification will be allowed.
• No refunds or adjustments will be issued for guests checking out earlier than their scheduled departure date.

4. Postponement & Post-Booking Modifications

• Requests to change booking dates are treated as a cancellation and fresh booking, subject to standard availability and seasonal price fluctuations. Approval is at the sole discretion of resort management.

5. Processing of Refunds

• Eligible refunds will be automatically credited back through the original payment method (bank account, credit card, or UPI) used during booking. Please allow 7 to 10 working days for the transaction to reflect in your statement.
