Welcome to Pal Rajah Resort Camp. By accessing our website and booking our luxury Swiss tents, desert safaris, or packages, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Payment Policy

• All bookings made through our website or direct reservation channels are subject to availability.
• To confirm a booking, a minimum advance payment (as specified during checkout) must be processed.
• Rates listed on the website are subject to change without prior notice, especially during peak seasons (such as Diwali, Christmas, New Year, and festival dates).
• Applicable government taxes (GST) will be charged extra at the time of final billing.

2. Check-in & Check-out Rules

• Standard Check-in Time: 4:00 PM
• Standard Check-out Time: 10:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to tent availability and may incur additional charges.
• In compliance with Indian law, all guests (both domestic and international) must present valid government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) upon check-in. Foreign nationals must present a valid Visa and Passport.

3. Adventure Activities & Liability Waiver

• Our resort offers outdoor adventure activities, including Thar Desert 4×4 Jeep Safari, Dune Bashing, and Camel Safaris.
• While we take the highest precautions and use experienced drivers/guides, participating in these desert activities involves inherent physical risks.
• Pal Rajah Resort Camp, its management, and its staff shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss of property, or accidental damage incurred during these safaris or excursions. Guests with medical conditions, back problems, or pregnancy are strongly advised against participating in high-impact dune bashing.

4. Code of Conduct & Property Damage

• Guests are expected to respect local culture and fellow travelers. Mid-night desert excursions and camp activities must be handled responsibly.
• Any damage caused to the resort property, including luxury Swiss tents, premium furnishings, stargazing equipment, or decor, will be billed directly to the responsible guest before checkout.

5. Jurisdictional Disputes

• Any legal disputes or claims arising out of services provided by Pal Rajah Resort Camp will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, India.
